How DHISORA Advisory handles questionnaires, email inquiries and optional website analytics.

IPO questionnaires
Section A and B answers are processed on your device. Only answer choices are kept temporarily in the tab, allowing you to view them or choose to include a summary in your email. Each section can be reused for one hour and can be removed with the clear-results button. If temporary storage is unavailable, you can still view and copy the result on that page.
Cookies and browser storage
This website loads Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. Before a choice or after declining, it does not load the Analytics tag or create Analytics cookies. This website does not install advertising cookies. Temporary questionnaire answer choices use tab storage (sessionStorage) and can be removed with the clear-results button. The website hosting provider may use cookies for sign-in or security as part of its services.
Google Analytics and your choice
Analytics helps us understand page visits, reading scrolls and broad referral sources. Google processes technical data and cookie identifiers and may process data outside Thailand. The website supplies published page addresses and titles, language and referral origins, stripping query strings and fragments. It does not send names, emails, telephone numbers, inquiry text or assessment answers from the website. Analytics events are sent through a separate document with no inquiry or assessment fields.
Consent and withdrawal
You can accept or decline without losing website access. Change your choice using Analytics settings in every page footer. Your choice and its timestamp are kept in browser localStorage for up to 180 days, after which you are asked again. If browser storage is blocked, you may need to choose again on each page. Declining stops Analytics and removes this installation’s accessible Analytics cookies on the current domain. Withdrawal does not delete data already sent. Contact DHISORA for deletion requests.
Analytics retention
The website sets Analytics cookies to expire within 180 days without automatic renewal. Retention in Google Analytics depends on property settings and Google’s services; it is separate from browser cookie lifetime.
Business inquiry fields
Situation, question, context, name, company, role, email and optional telephone are used to prepare text on screen. These contact fields are not saved in the tab’s assessment storage and the form does not automatically submit them to a DHISORA server.
When you send an email
DHISORA receives information when your email reaches the destination. It is used to understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss an engagement at your request. Without sufficient information, a response or suitable scope may not be possible. An engagement has separate terms and information requirements.
Service providers and other recipients
Website and email providers may process technical information or messages as part of their services. Loading Google Fonts connects to Google. This website does not add advertising or marketing tracking to the forms. Sharing documents with other professionals requires consideration of necessity, scope and access rights.
Retention and care
Assessment results can be reused for one hour after each section is completed. Expired results are not used and are removed when the website next checks them. Email inquiries are retained as needed to respond and follow up, considering whether discussions have ended and whether a contract or legal duty requires retention. When no longer needed, information should be deleted or de-identified. Client engagement documents follow the terms and controls agreed for that work.
Rights and requests
You may contact DHISORA to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability subject to applicable rights and conditions. Consent may be withdrawn for processing that relies on it. You may complain to the competent authority. Identity and relevant information may need to be checked before a request is handled.
Information to keep out of the form
Do not enter identity numbers, health or patient information, your customers’ records or confidential document details. Document channels and access rights are agreed when an engagement begins.
